The plumbing project stumped everyone I described it to on the phone beforehand–a tub with cold but no hot water in a bathroom where the sink right next to it was fine! No amount of back-flushing or blasting with air cleared it. After hours, they finally opened up a wall to find al pressure regulating check valve–with no access–and it was not functioning! This turned into a partial re-pipe, but with the utmost professionalism and a final bill that was very decent. AND, just for good measure, they fixed my wall furnace, in 15 minutes–no charge. Sweet”
